About Kasper E
Kaspar E. was born on November 27, 1942, in Berlin. His father, Wito Eichel (1913–2002), was a writer and held the artistic director position for dubbing at DEFA Studios in Babelsberg. After studying acting at the State Drama School and the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts, Kaspar performed on various stages, including the Hans Otto Theater in Potsdam, the Deutsches Theater Berlin, and the Maxim Gorki Theater. He became known to television audiences as the cobbler boy Klaus in the DEFA fairytale film Die goldene Gans. Many more film and television roles followed, and he began extensive dubbing work in the mid-1960s
